Privacy policy
How Swedish Standard Data AB handles the personal data you send us through this website.
Who is responsible for your data
Swedish Standard Data AB, Reg. no. 559554-0195, is the controller for the personal data described here. Questions about your personal data can be sent to support@partaudit.com.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, company, e-mail address and message, and your phone number if you choose to give it. The form collects nothing else.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your message and to continue the conversation you started. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about PART (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who handles it for us
Your message passes through the services that run this website and deliver the form to us by e-mail: Vercel, which hosts the website, and Resend, which delivers the form to our inbox. Both are based in the United States and certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is the basis for the transfer. The form is not stored on the website. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and contact details for as long as we need them to answer and follow up on your enquiry, and delete them no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer.
Cookies and statistics
This website does not use cookies. During a visit, your browser remembers that the opening animation has been shown, so it is not repeated. Nothing about this is sent to us. We count visits with Plausible Analytics, an EU-based service that works without cookies and does not collect personal data. We only see totals, such as how many people visited a page.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and to have it corrected or erased. You can also object to our use of it, ask us to restrict it, and receive it in a portable format. Write to support@partaudit.com. If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
