Every client’s audits in one place.

Auditors document on site, administrators plan and issue certificates, and your clients receive their reports, all in the same system. Each new audit builds on the one before.

Link the requirements to the client’s processes and audit one process at a time. PART is built to support process-based auditing. During Customer registration, auditors can map relevant requirements to the client’s processes, creating the foundation for an audit plan that follows how the organisation actually works. When needed, auditors can also work directly against individual requirements.

Each audit moves through seven steps in PART, from plan to renewal.

  1. Step 1

    Plan the certification cycle

Set up the certification programme, including the three-year audit cycle, scope, sites, standards and planned audit activities.

  2. Step 2

    Schedule and prepare the audit

Book the audit, assign the audit team and create the audit plan. For process-based audits, requirements can be mapped to the client’s processes and used as the basis for the plan.

  3. Step 3

Conduct the audit and record findings

Document the audit directly in PART, on site or remotely. Previous audit information can be carried forward for the auditor to review, verify and update. Record nonconformities, observations and required corrective actions as part of the audit. The audited organisation can respond and submit evidence directly in PART.

  4. Step 4

    Complete the auditor self-check

After each audit, the lead auditor completes a self-check to confirm that client information is accurate and up to date, and that a plan is in place for the next audit.

  5. Step 5

Review and make the certification decision

Once the audit is complete and required actions have been addressed, the audit documentation is reviewed. In case of Stage 2 audits and recertification audits, the certification decision is recorded before the certificate is issued.

  6. Step 6

    Report and issue the certificate

Generate consistent audit reports and certificates directly from PART, using the same structure regardless of auditor or location.

  7. Step 7

    Follow up throughout the cycle

Track corrective actions, surveillance audits and changes throughout the certification cycle. PART keeps the full history connected and supports planning for the next audit and eventual recertification.

What PART does today

  • Audit planning and scheduling

Audit plans and scheduling for the whole team in one place, with support for automated planning.

  • Checklists and templates per standard

Set up once per standard, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 27001, and reused on every audit against it.

  • Work on site with no internet access

Auditors can keep documenting at a client’s site when there is no network available.

  • Nonconformities and corrective actions

Followed up over time, across audits.

  • Report and certificate generator

Once set up, reports and certificates are generated in seconds.

  • Certificate lifecycle

See which certificates are due and get reminders before renewal.

  • Search and history per client

Every previous audit for a client, a few seconds away.

  • Traceability to accreditation requirements

Supports the requirements in ISO/IEC 17021 and the IAF mandatory documents.

  • Competence matrix

Keep track of each auditor’s areas of competence.

  • Login for the audited organisation

Your client receives reports and responds to findings in PART.

  • Integrations

Connect PART to other systems through its API. An integration with Fortnox is in place.

  • One structure for every auditor
